Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 cups of spinach ((or other leafy green))
- 1 cup coconut water ((or plain water))
- 2 bananas, (sliced and frozen)
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 kiwi fruit, (peeled and sliced)
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
Instruction
- Add all smoothie bowl ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until thick and creamy.
- Pour into a bowl and top with kiwi, blueberries, coconut and sunflower seeds.
