Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 cups of spinach ((or other leafy green))
  • 1 cup coconut water ((or plain water))
  • 2 bananas, (sliced and frozen)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 kiwi fruit, (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds

Instruction

  • Add all smoothie bowl ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until thick and creamy.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with kiwi, blueberries, coconut and sunflower seeds.
