Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic ((minced))
- 2 oz ground pork ((55g))
- 2 cups chicken stock (or water (480ml))
- Salt (and pepper to taste)
- 3 oz pancit canton (/ yee meen (80g))
- 5 medium shrimps ((peeled and deveined))
- 1 Napa cabbage leaf
- 1 large egg
- A few drops of sesame oil
Instruction
- Heat vegetable oil in a small clay pot. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add ground pork and let it brown for 2 minutes.
- Pour in stock or water. When it comes to a boil, season with salt and pepper and allow it simmer for another 5 minutes on medium heat. Add pancit canton/yee meen, shrimps, and Napa cabbage.
- Finally crack in the egg. Place the lid on and continue to cook for 3 minutes.
- Turn off the stove. Add a few drops of sesame oil and serve immediately.
