Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 12 Slider Rolls or Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 1.5 lbs. cooked mini or small shrimp (peeled and deveined.)
  • 3/4 cup onion (chopped)
  • 3 stalks celery (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, combine the onion, celery, mayonnaise and all the spices.
  • Toss the shrimp into the sauce until evenly coated.
  • Slice the slider rolls in half and toast (in toaster, on grill or in oven)
  • Remove and scoop shrimp mixture onto rolls and serve immediately.
