Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 12 Slider Rolls or Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 1.5 lbs. cooked mini or small shrimp (peeled and deveined.)
- 3/4 cup onion (chopped)
- 3 stalks celery (chopped)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instruction
- In a large bowl, combine the onion, celery, mayonnaise and all the spices.
- Toss the shrimp into the sauce until evenly coated.
- Slice the slider rolls in half and toast (in toaster, on grill or in oven)
- Remove and scoop shrimp mixture onto rolls and serve immediately.
