  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (frozen)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp hearts
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • fresh berries
  • shredded coconut
  • Eden back to basics

Instruction

  • Place all smoothie ingredients in a high speed blender, or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth.
