Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 ozs lean Ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsps Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • salt (to taste)
  • peppers (to taste)
  • 4 Hamburger bun (split)
  • 1 ripe tomato (rinsed and sliced)
  • Lettuce (rinsed and dried)
  • 4 slices sweet onions

Instruction

  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a large bowl place ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, paprika. salt and pepper. Use your hands to mix and knead the mixture. Divide into 4 even portions and shape into patties.
  • Lightly oil grill rack. Grill burgers for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until an instant read thermometer registers 155ºF.
  • Assemble the burgers on hamburger buns, and add tomato, lettuce and onion slices. Top with your favorite condiment, ketchup, relish, mayonnaise, etc.
