Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 16 ozs lean Ground beef
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsps Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- salt (to taste)
- peppers (to taste)
- 4 Hamburger bun (split)
- 1 ripe tomato (rinsed and sliced)
- Lettuce (rinsed and dried)
- 4 slices sweet onions
Instruction
- Preheat gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl place ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, paprika. salt and pepper. Use your hands to mix and knead the mixture. Divide into 4 even portions and shape into patties.
- Lightly oil grill rack. Grill burgers for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until an instant read thermometer registers 155ºF.
- Assemble the burgers on hamburger buns, and add tomato, lettuce and onion slices. Top with your favorite condiment, ketchup, relish, mayonnaise, etc.
