Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 ozs ripe tomatoes (chopped)
  • 0.375 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsps white wine vinegar
  • leaves Basil (chopped)
  • 1 Baguette (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves

Instruction

  • Place the tomatoes in a bowl and gently mix in the olive oil, vinegar and basil. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  • Toast or grill the slices of baguette lightly on each side then rub one side of each with the garlic.
  • Pile the tomato mixture on top of the toast slices and serve immediately.
