Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 16 ozs ripe tomatoes (chopped)
- 0.375 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsps white wine vinegar
- leaves Basil (chopped)
- 1 Baguette (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves
Instruction
- Place the tomatoes in a bowl and gently mix in the olive oil, vinegar and basil. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Toast or grill the slices of baguette lightly on each side then rub one side of each with the garlic.
- Pile the tomato mixture on top of the toast slices and serve immediately.
