Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 1 (1-12oz) Box Gluten-Free Linguine (or Spaghetti)
  • White Clam Sauce:
  • 2 (6.5oz) Cans of Minced Clams (drained)
  • 1 1/4 Cup Clam Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 1/2 to 2 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder

Instruction

  • Boil your pasta of choice according to package directions, drain, and add back to pot.
  • In a sauce pot, combine the drained clams, clam juice, olive oil, parsley, garlic, pepper, and onion.
  • Heat and mix together on the stove over medium high heat while the pasta boils. Reduce to a simmer once the ingredients are combined.
  • Pour the finished clam sauce into the cooked pasta pot and toss (you'll have extra sauce if you use only 8 oz of pasta).
