Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1 (1-12oz) Box Gluten-Free Linguine (or Spaghetti)
- White Clam Sauce:
- 2 (6.5oz) Cans of Minced Clams (drained)
- 1 1/4 Cup Clam Juice
- 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tsp Dried Parsley
- 1 1/2 to 2 Tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
Instruction
- Boil your pasta of choice according to package directions, drain, and add back to pot.
- In a sauce pot, combine the drained clams, clam juice, olive oil, parsley, garlic, pepper, and onion.
- Heat and mix together on the stove over medium high heat while the pasta boils. Reduce to a simmer once the ingredients are combined.
- Pour the finished clam sauce into the cooked pasta pot and toss (you'll have extra sauce if you use only 8 oz of pasta).
