Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 x 15oz (400g) can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until the mixture is smooth. Gradually add a little bit of water to reach the desired consistency and texture.
- Serve in a semi shallow dish, drizzle with olive oil and sumac.
