Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 x 15oz (400g) can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until the mixture is smooth. Gradually add a little bit of water to reach the desired consistency and texture.
  • Serve in a semi shallow dish, drizzle with olive oil and sumac.
