Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1¼ cups (300 mL) milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) sugar
- ¼ tsp (1 mL) salt
- ½ tbsp (7 mL) butter
- 1 cup (250 mL) all-purpose flour
Instruction
- Add the milk, eggs, oil, vanilla, sugar, salt, and flour to the Batter Mixer & Dispenser. Pump the handle until combined. Place the dispenser cap on the plunger and select the medium dot. Melt the butter in the 10" (25-cm) Nonstick Fry Pan over medium heat.Dispense 2 pumps of batter and cook for 30–40 seconds on each side, or until it’s lightly browned. Repeat with the remaining batter.
