Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups (14 oz) buttermilk
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt

Instruction

  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla together.
  • In another bowl, whisk the dry ingredients together. Add the dry ingredients and wet ingredients and whisk together just until smooth.
  • Cook according to waffle manufacturer directions until golden brown. Makes 4-6 waffles.
