Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 2 large eggs
- 1 3/4 cups (14 oz) buttermilk
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
Instruction
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla together.
- In another bowl, whisk the dry ingredients together. Add the dry ingredients and wet ingredients and whisk together just until smooth.
- Cook according to waffle manufacturer directions until golden brown. Makes 4-6 waffles.
