The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 apples (any kind)
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 pitted dates*
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
Instruction
- Cut apple into slices, discarding the core. Place apple slices into your blender.
- Add milk, yogurt, dates, and cinnamon to the blender and pulse for 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth.
