Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 4 Cups Shredded Green Cabbage*
  • 2 Cups Shredded Red Cabbage
  • 1 Cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 Cup Vegan Soy-Free Mayo
  • 2 TB White Vinegar
  • 2 Tsp Erythritol (or preferred granulated sugar)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded veggies, mayo, vinegar, sweetener, and pepper.
  • Mix well to fully coat and combine.
  • Chill in the fridge before serving.
