Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 4 Cups Shredded Green Cabbage*
- 2 Cups Shredded Red Cabbage
- 1 Cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 Cup Vegan Soy-Free Mayo
- 2 TB White Vinegar
- 2 Tsp Erythritol (or preferred granulated sugar)
- 1/4 to 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
Instruction
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded veggies, mayo, vinegar, sweetener, and pepper.
- Mix well to fully coat and combine.
- Chill in the fridge before serving.
