Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 cups pita chips
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 6.5 oz-can Snow's® Chopped Clams
  • 1 finely chopped jalapeño
  • 2 strips crispy bacon, (crumbled)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes

Instruction

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees and place a piece of parchment paper on a small rimmed baking sheet (I recommend 10x7").
  • Spread pita chips in an even layer on baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle both cheeses over the top and evenly distribute chopped clams and diced jalapeño.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Sprinkle crispy bacon and diced tomatoes over the top.
