Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 lamb shank halved
  • 1 cup Massel Chicken Style Liquid Stock
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbs plain flour

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a pressure cooker.
  • Bring to boil and place lid on cooker.
  • When pressure has been achieved, lower heat and cook under pressure for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and allow to lose pressure slowly.
