Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 lamb shank halved
- 1 cup Massel Chicken Style Liquid Stock
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 cup orange juice
- 2 tbs plain flour
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a pressure cooker.
- Bring to boil and place lid on cooker.
- When pressure has been achieved, lower heat and cook under pressure for 30 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to lose pressure slowly.
