  • 1 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, (melted)
  • 12 oz 1-1/2 packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Bernard Michaud Wildflower Honey from Pyrenees Mountains
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon each orange juice, lemon juice & lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cupcake liners in 2 12-cavity cupcakes pans.
