Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 3-4 large garlic cloves (pressed* (2 tsp))
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp hot red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil**
  • 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • Cauliflower Rice
  • Rice Pilaf
  • Crispy Smashed Potatoes

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 400F.
  • In a small bowl, stir to combine the citrus zest, garlic, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and avocado oil.
  • Place the chicken on a sheet pan, and rub the citrus garlic mixture all over the chicken, also getting some of the rub underneath the skin.
  • Roast the chicken for about 25-30 minutes, until the temperature reads 180F, and the skin is crisp.
  • Serve immediately.
