Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 cup large coconut chips or flakes, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavored ghee, or regular butter*
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Swerve sweetener
  • sprinkle of salt to taste

Instruction

  • In a large sauté pan, melt the ghee and then add in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Stir and cook over a medium low flame until the coconut flake start to brown.
  • Take of the stove and spread on a large piece of wax paper to try completely.
  • Store in a sealed container.* I used vanilla flavored ghee but if you use regular butter, add a bit of vanilla extra to get that vanilla flavor.
