Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 cup large coconut chips or flakes, unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavored ghee, or regular butter*
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon Swerve sweetener
- sprinkle of salt to taste
Instruction
- In a large sauté pan, melt the ghee and then add in the rest of the ingredients.
- Stir and cook over a medium low flame until the coconut flake start to brown.
- Take of the stove and spread on a large piece of wax paper to try completely.
- Store in a sealed container.* I used vanilla flavored ghee but if you use regular butter, add a bit of vanilla extra to get that vanilla flavor.
