Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups ice cream (I used espresso fudge ice cream, but vanilla, chocolate, or coffee would work well)
  • 1/4 cup BAILEYS™ Coffee Creamers Vanilla Brown Sugar
  • 1-2 cups hot espresso (or strong black coffee)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instruction

  • Scoop 1/2 cup of ice cream into a shallow cup. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.
  • Pour 1 Tbsp of BAILEYS™ Coffee Creamers Vanilla Brown Sugar over the top.
  • Add in 1/4 cup - 1/2 cup of espresso (depending upon your preference--I prefer a lot of coffee, so I used 1/2 cup of espresso).
  • Repeat for each remaining serving.
  • Serve immediately.
