Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/8 cup cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup course sugar, (I used raw turbinado)
- 1-2 egg whites, (beaten until foamy)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 275.
- Mix sugars, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until foamy.
- Dip almonds in egg whites, then in sugar mixture. Place on a baking sheet.
- Roast at 275 for 30-45 minutes, tossing occasionally.
