The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 350 g ( 2¾ cups) flour ((plain / all purpose flour))
  • 330 g (1 ⅔ cups) sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tbsp bicarbonate of soda ((baking soda))
  • 200 g (7/8 cup) softened butter (or margarine such as Stork)
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 120 ml (½ cup) whole or semi skimmed milk (room temperature)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (or vanilla paste)
  • 230 g (2 sticks) unsalted butter (melted)
  • 200 g (1 cup) brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour (plain / all purpose flour )
  • 3 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 240 g (2 cups) icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp milk (or as needed)
