Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • ¼ cup walnut pieces
  • 1 tablespoon golden flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 cup nut milk (I used cashew milk)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1-2 tablespoons raisins
  • sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)

Instruction

  • Add the flaxseed meal, nuts and coconut flour to a medium saucepan and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, or until toasted.
  • Next, add the milk, chia seeds and spices and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Turn off heat, stir in raisins and sweetener if using, and serve.
