Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- ¼ cup walnut pieces
- 1 tablespoon golden flaxseed meal
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 cup nut milk (I used cashew milk)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- 1-2 tablespoons raisins
- sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)
Instruction
- Add the flaxseed meal, nuts and coconut flour to a medium saucepan and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, or until toasted.
- Next, add the milk, chia seeds and spices and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Turn off heat, stir in raisins and sweetener if using, and serve.
