Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 medium-sized Asian pear (peeled and cored)
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Granola for garnish (optional)
Instruction
- Thinly cut the pear into 1/4 inch thick wedges.
- In a mixing bowl, combine and toss all the ingredients.
- Lightly grease a shallow baking pan. Place the pear wedges in the pan, pour whatever is left in the bowl over the pear and air fry at 340F (170C) for 14-16 minutes until tender.
- Pair them with ice cream or sprinkle some granola over them to serve.
