Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 medium-sized Asian pear (peeled and cored)
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Granola for garnish (optional)

Instruction

  • Thinly cut the pear into 1/4 inch thick wedges.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine and toss all the ingredients.
  • Lightly grease a shallow baking pan. Place the pear wedges in the pan, pour whatever is left in the bowl over the pear and air fry at 340F (170C) for 14-16 minutes until tender.
  • Pair them with ice cream or sprinkle some granola over them to serve.
