The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1/3 Cup + 1 TB Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- 1 TB Gluten-Free Oat Flour
- 1 TB Milled Flax Seed
- 1 Tsp Date Syrup
- 1/2 Tsp Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon (or more if you're like me!)
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to combine.
- Lightly grease a single-serve ramekin with some coconut oil and then transfer the oatmeal mixture into the ramekin.
- Bake the ramekin in the oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy right away, or let cool, cover with foil or plastic, and save it for the morning. To reheat, simple microwave for about 1 minute.
