  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips (can substitute white chocolate chips)
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 ounces unsalted butter ((3 tbsp))
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 2 ounces unsalted butter (at room temperature)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
