Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • .5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 3 cups Honey crisp apples
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instruction

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Wash 3 cups worth of honey crisp apples (about 3 large apples). 3. Cut your apples into bite size pieces. 4. In a medium bowl, add oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix together. Set to the side. 5. In a second bowl, add 2 eggs, almond milk and vanilla extract. Whisk ingredients together. 6. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and put half into a skillet or a casserole dish. 7. Place half your apples on top. 8. Pour the remainder of your oatmeal mixture into skillet. 9. Place the other half of the apples on top. 10. Bake for 35 minutes. 11. Let cool and serve.
