Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 2-3 apples (, thinly sliced (I used Fuji))
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons granulated sugar ((or maple syrup))
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 225ºF. Arrange the apple slices in an even layer on two parchment-lined baking sheets.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the apples. If using maple syrup, simply brush on the tops of the apples.
  • Place both baking sheets in the oven and bake 1 1/2 hours. Flip apples over and continue baking 1 more hour, or until the apples are crispy. Let cool and enjoy!
