Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 bunch cilantro leaves and stems
- 6 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
Instruction
- Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
- Blend until it reaches your desired consistency and texture.
- Warm the mixture in a small saucepan over medium heat just until it starts to bubble.
- Serve you delicious pesto with your favorite pasta or on toasted bread.
