The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 Recipe [Cilantro Pesto]
- 1 Bundle Asparagus (Trimmed, See [This Post] for the proper method)
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon Zest of 1 Lemon
- Parmesan Cheese for garnish
Instruction
- Prepare the pesto recipe.
- In a grill pan, saute pan or a gas grill over medium heat add a drizzle of olive oil (for the grill toss the asparagus and seasonings in a pan first).
- Prepare the asparagus as per the link above.
- Add to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until tender about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove to a plate and spoon the pesto over the top.
- Garnish with lemon zest and cheese!
