Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Ingredient:
  • 12 Ounces pork shoulder (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Other Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 3-4 Tablespoon of lime juice or to taste

Instruction

  • Marinate the pork slices with all the ingredients for at least 1 hour.
  • Line the fryer basket with a lightly greased aluminum foil. Place the pork slices in the basket and air fry at 380F (190C) for 10-12 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
  • When done, mix in cilantro and lime juice to serve.
