Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Ingredient:
- 12 Ounces pork shoulder (thinly sliced)
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon curry
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Other Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 3-4 Tablespoon of lime juice or to taste
Instruction
- Marinate the pork slices with all the ingredients for at least 1 hour.
- Line the fryer basket with a lightly greased aluminum foil. Place the pork slices in the basket and air fry at 380F (190C) for 10-12 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
- When done, mix in cilantro and lime juice to serve.
