Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 1 cup White Jasmine Rice
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 Tbs Lime Juice (juice from about 1 lime)
  • 2 Tbs chopped fresh Cilantro

Instruction

  • Add rice and water to a medium saucepan.
  • Heat on high and bring to a boil.
  • Turn heat down to low to simmer, cover, and cook 15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat with lid on and let steam for 10 minutes.
  • Add Lime Juice and Cilantro.
  • Stir well and serve.
  • Enjoy!
