Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1 cup White Jasmine Rice
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 2 Tbs Lime Juice (juice from about 1 lime)
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh Cilantro
Instruction
- Add rice and water to a medium saucepan.
- Heat on high and bring to a boil.
- Turn heat down to low to simmer, cover, and cook 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat with lid on and let steam for 10 minutes.
- Add Lime Juice and Cilantro.
- Stir well and serve.
- Enjoy!
