Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or veganaise*
  • 1/2-3/4 cup loosely packed cilantro
  • 3-4 slices jalapeño (or more, to taste)
  • zest of 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or less, if you prefer)
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill (or 1/2 Tbsp fresh)
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 3-4 Tbsp milk or water (I use unsweetened cashew milk or water)

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a blender, food processor, or a tall cup for an immersion blender.
  • Puree until completely smooth.
  • Taste and add additional salt, pepper, cilantro, jalapeño, or lime juice as desired.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
