Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs (or breasts)
- 1 lime (for serving )
- ¼ cup cilantro (fresh, minced plus extra for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh)
- 1 ½ tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instruction
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pour marinade over chicken and let marinate 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
