Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs (or breasts)
  • 1 lime (for serving )
  • ¼ cup cilantro (fresh, minced plus extra for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instruction

  • Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Pour marinade over chicken and let marinate 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
