Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 very ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 jalapeño peppers, stemmed and deseeded
- 1/2 shallot, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Juice and zest of 1 fresh lime
- Salt and fresh-ground pepper, to taste
Instruction
