Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 very ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, stemmed and deseeded
  • 1/2 shallot, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • Juice and zest of 1 fresh lime
  • Salt and fresh-ground pepper, to taste

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth.
