Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 7 ounces Dreamfields Angel Hair Pasta
  • ½ cup chutney
  • ¼ cup grapeseed oil
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • Juice from ½ squeezed lemon
  • ½ pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

Instruction

  • Place chutney, oil, cumin and lemon in a food processor and pulse until smooth consistency. Pour into a large Ziploc bag. Add shrimp to the bag and marinate in refrigerator for at least 5 minutes.
  • Boil 3 quarts of water and then add angel hair pasta. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add shrimp with a little bit of the marinade along with the cannellini beans. Cook for 5 minutes; stirring occasionally. Then stir in garlic and noodles.
  • Toss until shrimp and cannellini beans are well incorporated in angel hair pasta. Top with fresh parsley.
