Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 7 ounces Dreamfields Angel Hair Pasta
- ½ cup chutney
- ¼ cup grapeseed oil
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- Juice from ½ squeezed lemon
- ½ pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
Instruction
- Place chutney, oil, cumin and lemon in a food processor and pulse until smooth consistency. Pour into a large Ziploc bag. Add shrimp to the bag and marinate in refrigerator for at least 5 minutes.
- Boil 3 quarts of water and then add angel hair pasta. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add shrimp with a little bit of the marinade along with the cannellini beans. Cook for 5 minutes; stirring occasionally. Then stir in garlic and noodles.
- Toss until shrimp and cannellini beans are well incorporated in angel hair pasta. Top with fresh parsley.
