Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 quarts vegetable oil
  • ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup (250 g) water
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour

Instruction

  • In a large deep pot over medium-high heat, add 2 inches of vegetable oil. Heat oil to 365°F.
  • While oil is heating prepare the topping and batter.
