The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (1 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (1 tsp + 1 tbsp divided use)
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 6 cups oil for frying (or enough to fill a large skillet with 1 1/2-2 inches of oil)
