Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (1 cup + 2 tbsp)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (1 tsp + 1 tbsp divided use)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 cups oil for frying (or enough to fill a large skillet with 1 1/2-2 inches of oil)
