Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 1/4 pounds ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried onion (or 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh onion)
- 28 oz can crushed tomato (I used Tuttorosso)
- 15 oz can diced tomatoes (or 10 oz can Rotel)
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 low carb sugar substitute packet(s) (optional)
Instruction
- Brown the meat and drain fat if needed.
- Add the garlic, onion and chili powder and cook with meat for a couple minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Simmer for about an hour.
