Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 0.25 cup butter
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 18 ozs Mushrooms (chopped)
- 2 Tbsps flour
- salt
- peppers
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- 0.875 cup dry white wine
- 0.333 cup dry sherry
- flat-leaf parsley
Instruction
- Heat the butter in a large pan, add the onion and garlic and cook gently until soft, but not browned.
- Add the mushrooms and and sprinkle with the flour. Cook until soft and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in the stock and wine and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the sherry and serve immediately garnished with parsley.
