Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 14 ounce can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2 8 ounce cans crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 11-15 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 8 ounces of homemade or store-bought whipped cream
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instruction
- In a large bowl, combine the whole berry cranberry sauce, both pineapples and mandarin oranges.
- Add the whipped cream and vanilla yogurt. Mix and combine well.
- Gently fold in the marshmallows, coconut and pecans.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
- Serve chilled. Serve on lettuce or spinach leaves for holiday serving - looks incredibly festive!
