Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 14 ounce can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 8 ounce cans crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 11-15 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 8 ounces of homemade or store-bought whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, combine the whole berry cranberry sauce, both pineapples and mandarin oranges.
  • Add the whipped cream and vanilla yogurt. Mix and combine well.
  • Gently fold in the marshmallows, coconut and pecans.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
  • Serve chilled. Serve on lettuce or spinach leaves for holiday serving - looks incredibly festive!
