Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 40 saltine crackers
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Line a 10-inch x 15-inch baking sheet with tin foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place your saltine crackers on a prepared baking sheet in even rows, set aside.
  • In a saucepan, melt together your butter and brown sugar and bring to a boil and let boil for a few minutes.
  • Pour over saltines and spread out and then bake in the oven for about 5 minutes until bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips and let sit for about 5 minutes.
  • Spread melted chocolate evenly over crackers and then sprinkle with chopped pecans, sprinkles, an and let harden.
