Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 200 g unsalted butter
  • 200 g dark chocolate chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup fruit mince *see notes
  • 1 3/4 cup Sunbeam almond meal
  • 3 egg lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Sunbeam macadamia nuts

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 190C.
  • Line a slice tin with baking paper. Heat butter, sugar and chocolate in a saucepan stirring over low heat. Set aside and cool for 5minutes.
  • Add eggs, fruit mince and vanilla and mix well. Stir in almond meal and macadamias and pour into a tin.
  • Bake for 25 minutes and allow to cool in tin before slicing.
