Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 3.333 cups Chicken liver (ready to cook, any skin and tendons removed, diced)
- 0.375 cup dry Red wine
- 0.5 tsp thyme (chopped)
- balsamic vinegar
- sliced Ciabatta (toasted)
- 2 Tbsps parsley (chopped)
Instruction
- Fry the onions and garlic in hot butter. Add the liver, fry for a few minutes then deglaze with the wine. Reduce fully then add the thyme and season with vinegar, salt and ground black pepper.
- Place the mixture on the crostinis and serve garnished with the parsley.
