Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 0.75 cup(s) Plain lowfat yogurt (not Greek)
  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • 2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice (or to taste)
  • 1 small clove(s) Garlic very finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp Dill fresh, chopped
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp Table salt or to taste
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper freshly ground, or to taste
  • 1 medium Cucumber(s) English variety, diced
  • 2 medium Yellow pepper(s) diced
  • 2 cup(s) Grape tomatoes halved
  • 0.5 cup(s) Crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.75 cup(s) Fresh mint leaves leaves, torn
  • 0.333 cup(s), chopped Uncooked red onion(s)
  • 12 medium Olive(s) Kalamata, pitted, sliced

Instruction

  • Whisk together yogurt, water, oil, lemon zest and juice, garlic, dill, oregano, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Put remaining ingredients in a large bowl; spoon on dressing and toss to coat.
