Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 0.75 cup(s) Plain lowfat yogurt (not Greek)
- 3 Tbsp Water
- 2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice (or to taste)
- 1 small clove(s) Garlic very finely minced
- 1 Tbsp Dill fresh, chopped
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 0.5 tsp Table salt or to taste
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper freshly ground, or to taste
- 1 medium Cucumber(s) English variety, diced
- 2 medium Yellow pepper(s) diced
- 2 cup(s) Grape tomatoes halved
- 0.5 cup(s) Crumbled feta cheese
- 0.75 cup(s) Fresh mint leaves leaves, torn
- 0.333 cup(s), chopped Uncooked red onion(s)
- 12 medium Olive(s) Kalamata, pitted, sliced
Instruction
- Whisk together yogurt, water, oil, lemon zest and juice, garlic, dill, oregano, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- Put remaining ingredients in a large bowl; spoon on dressing and toss to coat.
