Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • Egg – 1
  • Maida – ½ cup
  • Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar powder – ½ cup
  • Chocolate/Vanilla Essence – 6 drops
  • Baking Powder – 2 -3 pinch
  • Finely Chopped Dark Chocolate – 30 – 40 grams
  • Refind Oil – 2 tsp

Instruction

  • Beat egg and sugar powder together till it becomes fluffy.
  • Mix and sieve the dry ingredients atleast 2 times.
  • Add dry ingredients slowly in step 1 and mix. Add, essence , oil.
  • Take cupcakes tin mould or silicon moulds, grease the moulds.
  • Fill the mould ¼ with batter and then put pieces of chocolate in the center and fill further till 3 / 4 th.
  • Preheat microwave on convection mode at 180 degrees. After preheating, put the moulds in the microwave and bake for 10 mins.
