  • 2 teaspoon instant espresso powder
  • 1/2 cup hot coffee
  • 2 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup canola oil (I used vegetable oil)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 5 large egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups 4 sticks butter, cut into 1/2 inch cubes, cool but not cold
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
