Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup unsalted butter ((softened))
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar ((packed))
- 2 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instruction
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and cocoa powder. Once combined set aside.
- Using a stand mixer or electric mixer beat softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Once well-combined add in eggs one at a time then vanilla extract. Add in dry ingredients and mix until well-combined.
- Fold in 1 cup of white chocolate chips. Place dough in the fridge and allow to chill for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and roll out into 1 inch balls and place them on your baking sheet. Add remaining white chocolate chips to the top of your cooking dough.
- Bake for 12-13 minutes. Allow to cool on pan for several minutes.
