Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2/3 cup baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
Instruction
- In a small bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Whisk well to distribute.
- In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer at low speed until smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition.
- Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, beating to combine (dough will be stiff).
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Using a #16 scoop or a tablespoon, drop dough on ungreased baking sheet about 2-inches apart.
- Bake in a 350 F oven for about 9 to 10 minutes or until edges are set (centers will be slightly soft).
- Remove from oven, cool for about 1 minute and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
