Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 12 ounces good quality chocolate chips
- 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
Instruction
- Line a 9 inch square pan with a piece of parchment paper about 18 to 24 inches in length, leaving the ends out to cover the finished fudge. The ends will also serve as "handles" which will help you lift the fudge out of the pan.
- In a double boiler or heat safe bowl over simmering water, combine the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, butter, salt and vanilla. Stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Stir in walnuts and then transfer mixture into the prepared pan
- Spread gently until batter is even and then hill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until the fudge is firm.
- Lift the fudge out of the pan and cut into small squares. Enjoy!
