Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons International Delight Vanilla Iced Coffee
- 1/4 cup oats
- 10 ounces semi sweet chocolate baking bar
- Optional topping: fudge
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour, cinnamon, sugar, baking soda, salt and almond in a large mixer. Beat in the egg, vegetable oil and iced coffee until well combined. Line a 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper and place the batter into the dish, but reserve 1/3 cup batter. Press the batter down firmly so you have a thin even layer. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes. Remove and top with chocolate bar and then crumble the remaining batter over the top and slightly press it down. Place it back in the oven for 16-18 minutes or until lightly brown. Allow to cool before cutting. Drizzle with additional fudge if needed.
