  • 100 g (1/2 cup) caster (superfine) sugar
  • 35 g (1/4 cup + 1tbsp) plain flour
  • 35 g (1/4 cup + 1tbsp) cocoa powder
  • 50 g (2 oz) dark chocolate, chopped
  • 50 g (2 oz) dark chocolate
  • 400 g (14 oz) strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 heaped tbsp apricot jam
